We can produce a powerful promotional DVD or CD-ROM for you to get your message across to your potential customers. Depending on the complexity of your message and the nature of your audience, Castlecross can offer several digital optical disc formats including DVD , CD-ROM, MiniCD and video business card CD.

We can duplicate / burn UV coated DVD -R from your own video master for one offs and smaller runs. We can replicate using glass mastering & pressing/ stamping for larger quantities. Services include video encoding DVD -5 and DVD -9, motion menu design and chaptering, sub-title insertion, DLT mastering. We pass on the low prices that result from our high volume of DVD output.

We provide on-body full colour printing -inkjet for duplication, silk screened or offset litho for replicated discs.

Discs are supplied either in slip cases, jewel cases or library cases and can be clear plastic over-wrapped for appearance and security. Case inserts, inlays, booklets, brochures etc are produced from your artwork or we can design from your images and text. Bar-codes can also be included.

Since 1991 our associate company Northern Heritage Services Limited has been successfully marketing and distributing DVD & CDs worldwide and is the solid foundation from which our film production company Castlecross has evolved. Northern Heritage’s warehouse, with retail shop, is the headquarters of our mail-order and wholesale distribution division. Regular clients include HMV, WH Smith and Amazon, We also supply hundreds of smaller music, book and gift shops, heritage sites and visitor centres throughout North East England. We can use our fulfilment facilities to deliver your DVD or CD-ROM by targeted direct mail if required.
